How do the clear Invisalign aligners work?
The customised aligners work by applying controlled forces to the teeth to place them in a better position. For best results, they must be worn continuously and only removed when eating or drinking. Specialised computer software and digital 3D technology is used, to give your teeth the best possible alignment. The first set of trays must be worn for two weeks for at least 20 hours a day.
Over time, your teeth will move to their final planned positions so as to achieve the best results. An average treatment consists of between 18 to 30 aligners. This however, varies between individuals based on the complexities of each case.
Is Invisalign suitable for your teenager?
Yes. Teenagers today face greater challenges when it comes to confidence. Invisalign aligners are nearly invisible, which means teens can continue enjoying their life without restrictions.
