At Mint Dental we endeavour to provide exceptional dental care services in a personalised and friendly manner. We aim to operate fairly and transparently, following good business practices and patient care principles. As a courtesy to all our patients and team, patients not attending scheduled dental appointments, our booking policy is as follows:
- A booking fee is required for any appointments longer than 1 hour
- We are given 48 hours’ notice if you need to change your appointment
- We understand that situations may occasionally arise that make it impossible for you to give 48 hours’ notice – each missed or broken appointment will therefore be given individual consideration. Your appointment attendance history may be taken into account in this regard.
- Appointments missed or cancelled at short notice will forfeit the booking deposit, void any promotional offer, and another booking fee will be incurred at the rebooked appointment.
