Booking Policy

We look forward to caring for you at your upcoming appointment.

At Mint Dental, we strive to provide exceptional, personalised dental care while operating fairly and transparently. To ensure we can offer timely appointments to all patients and respect our team’s time, we have the following booking policy:

  • A booking fee is required to secure appointments longer than one hour.

  • We kindly request a minimum of  3 days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations or non-attendance with less than 3 days’ notice may result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

  • Any applicable promotional offers will be voided if an appointment is missed or cancelled at short notice.

  • A new booking fee will be required to secure any subsequent appointment.

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Each missed or late-cancelled appointment will be considered on an individual basis, and your appointment attendance history may be taken into account.
